The oversize primary bedroom offers excellent space and a larger closet, and the bathroom has been updated with a modern vanity and finishes. Full size washing machine and dryer are included in the unit.

Located near Idaho Road and Southern Avenue, this home provides convenient access to shopping, dining, local schools, and nearby outdoor recreation including hiking at the Superstition Mountains, Lost Dutchman State Park, and Canyon Lake. Easy access to the US 60 freeway allows quick travel throughout the East Valley.

No Application Fees! 12 Month Minimum Lease. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. See our criteria to rent for qualifications.

All fully completed applications with all required information are reviewed and processed in the order that they are received. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days provided applicants submit all required items. $300 refundable cleaning deposit applies. Refundable pet deposit would apply for approved pets. Pet deposits are typically a minimum of $300 per pet and will vary based on type, size, breed, age and other relevant items. We do not charge up front application fees; however, tenants to pay $40 per applicant to run background screening as we near the end of the screening process. Tenants to pay 2.9% monthly administrative fee.

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
