Located in the heart of Apache Junction near schools, shopping, and dining with convenient access to US 60 for commuting throughout the East Valley. Residents will enjoy being minutes from Superstition Mountain and Lost Dutchman State Park for hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation. Canyon Lake and the Apache Trail offer boating, fishing, and scenic drives just a short trip away.

Pet deposits are typically a minimum of $300 per pet and will vary based on type, size, breed, age and other relevant items. We do not charge up front application fees; however, tenants to pay $40 per applicant to run background screening as we near the end of the screening process. Tenants to pay 2.9% monthly administrative fee.

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
