The master bedroom has a large in suite bathroom. The main bathroom is next to the second bedroom making this a perfect home for 2 couples as well. Each bedroom has a large walk in closet with hangers & 2 luggage racks. The master bedroom has a brand new 50" Roku TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook up a storm. . There is a drip coffee pot, Keurig & French press. The expandable dining table seats up to 6.

Outdoor living is what we all enjoy about the Hill Country. There is a bistro set on the front porch so you can sit & enjoy the TX sunset. The back deck has seating for 4 so early risers can catch the sunrise. There is a propane grill on the back deck for your steaks & burgers. Enjoy s'mores cooked over the fire pit. The outdoor experience will be even enjoyable.

There is a laundry room and also an iron & ironing board.

Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

We have tried to make this home as child friendly as possible. There is also a port a crib and high chair.

The home is in an up & coming residential area. There are new homes being built in the neighborhood & older homes being remodeled.

Renter is responsible for all utilities.

    "We have neighborhood fish fry, chili cook off, weekly food trucks, Halloween hay ride. Great amenities with pool, pickleball court and beautiful park and fishing pond. Everyone is friendly and neighbors help each other out. "

    "I have lived here for over 25 years and I never want to move away. We enjoy a low POA annual fee, a beautiful park on the Guadalupe river for members only. Peace and quiet abounds, white-tail and axis deer are abundant, as are fox, raccoons, armadillo, o’possum, rabbits, ring-tail cats, many songbirds, coyotes and even mountain lions are seen occasionally."
