The galley-style kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet storage. It comes fully equipped for you to cook up anything you like. We keep the shelves stocked with all shared essentials.
There's also free laundry in-unit with a front-loading washer and dryer next to the bedrooms. Essentials like iron are available in the laundry closet.
With large communal areas, brand-new appliances and fixtures, and cleaning service included, you'll have all the shared amenities of a luxury apartment setup with the community feel of housemates.

- 12-month lease preferred. The price increase may apply for a shorter 6-month term.
- Smoking is prohibited in the home and on the premises.
- Parking is only available on the street on a first come basis.
- Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are not included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for 1/3 of actual monthly utility costs, billed monthly.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
