There are eight total units on the property, seven of which share a large garden patio with locked gates at both entrances. The property is on a huge lot each unit has two parking spots in the newly paved driveway and parking lot. These homes offer excellent value in a fantastic location. This is a unique quiet paradise!

The studio is approximately 500 square feet and has just been remodeled. It offers a large living space, new hardwood floors, new windows, new two tone paint, crown molding, and new ceiling fan. The new kitchen, includes new shaker cabinets, granite counter-tops, sink, can lighting, and appliances. The bathroom, includes new tub/shower, and new sink, vanity and new mirrored medicine cabinet.

There is also an optional storage unit that can be rented for $35 a month.

Lease term 12 Months - $700 deposit - Pet Policy: Small animals only with an additional $500 deposit We pay gas, garbage and sewer, you pay electricity and 1/10th of water bill (about $17 a month). Laundry facilities on site.

Your ability to pay your rent on time is very important to us. However, we will consider a short sale or foreclosure providing you have kept the rest of your credit up.
