Neighborhood kids play together also. We are all respectful of one another and watchout for any potential threats to our neighborhood. It is safe here, we don't get many strangers here because most people own, not rent. We have strict HOA rules that protect our investments. We are very close to parks and community events. Valley Station is awesome and we love it here and plan to stay for a long time."
