Parking is a two car garage and a cement pad outside of the garage. Require tenant to change air filter monthly. Allow all pets with a limit of three dogs with a $350 fee per dog, $500 per cat, non-refundable - no monthly pet rent
If you have prior poor rental history, limited history or poor credit, I will consider each person on a case by case basis. Likely the security deposit would be non-refundable with higher risk renters based on the parameters put forth in this posting and subject to Washington law.

Extra security deposit, or non-refundable deposit may be required with adverse history/credit.
