Here it is! Your dream house
JK This is just a place to lay your head and offers a great central location. Included in your rent is a cleaning service every 2 weeks (schedule subject to change). We installed a portable washer and compact dryer in your apartment! Don't let the pictures fool you. These won't wash/dry traditional loads, but it sure beats being at the laundromat at 2am, right? Electric stove and oven awaits you along with quartz counter tops and kitchen cabinets. There is tons of on street parking.

Disclaimer - The ceiling in the main living space is low. 6'8" give or take, but higher in the kitchen and bathroom areas!

About us Family of four! Our son is 4 years old and a daughter 2 years old . Their room is above yours and you will hear steps once in a while. Sometimes he pretends to be Spiderman and jumps. Their bedtime is around 7pm. We installed mass loaded vinyl to reduce airborne noises.

Neighbors are really friendly, with some exceptions, but overall very respectful and we watch out for one another.

And if you want to troll this post. Hey I would love to charge less. But SDG&E, gas, groceries, and daycare want all of our money. Get them to charge less, then we can go back to 2003 prices. Just want to curb your expectations, but not your enthusiasm!
