All new interior paint throughout, all new wood flooring on 2nd floor, tile flooring on 1st floor. House is unfurnished. Available laundry hookups indoor, no washer/dryer included. For disclosure: the previous tenants had an elderly family member of theirs pass away peacefully in their sleep on the property.

Security deposit consists of one month's rent amount, a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee, and a $30 application fee (only if application is accepted). Total move-in cost will be $4,680 (first month's rent, the full security deposit amount, the cleaning fee and application fee). Rent includes trash collection fee; all other utility bills are the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the monthly rent. Landscaping maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant. Do not call, use e-mail for quickest communication. For all applicants/occupants above the age of 18, we will ask to see current ID, recent credit report (not older then 30 days), last two months paystubs, and two months of bank statements.
