House is considered a fully-furnished corporate rental with the following amenities: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 1 large sofa, 2 recliner chairs, full kitchen with all the amenities and cooking utensils you'll ever need, fully fenced in back yard with 6 to 8'' high fencing, bbq grill, firepit, unlimited firewood for the summer fires. Flat screen smart tv, wifi internet included garage with washer/dryer included. Utilities included are electricity, heat (natural gas), wifi, trash removal, salt pellets for the water softener (which guests are responsible for filling up as needed, but owner of the property will provide the salt pellets).

Located convieniently between Kenai and Soldotna. 2 Minutes to Eagle Rock Boat Launch, Cunningham Park, and Pillars. 8 Minutes to the Kenai Municipal Airport. 10 Minutes to Central Peninsula Hospital.

This is a 5-Star rated vacation rental property that we are looking to turn into a longer-term rental due to less housekeeping / labor work involved.

First month rent and security deposit due at the time of signing the rental lease. We are looking for a 6 Month Lease (starting September 1 or October 1 2026) in this fully-furnished 2 bedroom / 1 full bathroom house. Up to 2 dogs allowed and there is a $1000 non-refundable dog fee per dog. No cats or other animals allowed indoors, unless special arrangements are made (generally in a service-animal or hypoalergenic animal situation). TWO fully fenced in back yards, one with a dog-door that leads out to the back yard from the garage (ideal for dog owners).
