In this timeframe: Mon to Friday 9am to 4:30pm, Sat 10am to 4:30pm. I live over here in this area and love it! Two bedroom two bathroom, 1143' garden home with small back yard! Uncovered parking spaces just outside front door, so please note, they do not have a garage. The pictures say it all! This tiny community has the most adorable swimming pool shaded by oak trees. They are currently doing ONE month FREE and you can prorate it! Therefore, $1410/12= 117.50 ... lowers rent to $1332! Normally they make you take it upfront. This one is available for March 13th, has a small yard.

Pets, maximum 2, 85 lbs max weight, there are breed restrictions so ask me. $200 Non Ref, $200 Ref, one pet, $300 Non Ref, $300 Ref for 2 pets plus $10 pet rent.
