This unit is adorable! This unit is located in a very quiet and well- maintained building with excellent tenants. The neighborhood is nice as well.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit provided for you too!

There is off street parking.

The rent is $1,550 and this INCLUDES the heat, hot water and ELECTRICITY
Tenants pay their own wifi and cable (if desired).

What we require for application approval:

We do not do co-signers. You must be approved on your own merit.
Good credit (650's or higher),
Clean backgrounds.
Good landlord references (if applicable)- no evictions.
Proof of income
First and security ($1550) are due at lease signing.

This is a non-smoking unit and property! Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.

No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be negotiable with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit.

$40 application fee per adult applicant.

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
