With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, comfortable living space, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 4 on-site parking spaces, the home is well suited for families, professionals, or anyone looking for a peaceful coastal home during the winter months.

Located just mile from Plum Cove Beach, mile from Lanes Cove, and approximately a 10-minute drive to Downtown Gloucester, you'll be close to local restaurants, shops, and everything Gloucester has to offer.

MAIN FLOOR
Bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with beautiful ocean views. Two bedrooms include a king bed and a full bed with a desk. A remodeled full bathroom and washer/dryer are also on this floor.

 LOWER LEVEL
Two additional full-bed bedrooms with a separate outdoor entrance. One includes a private full bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire home, including both levels.

Winter Rental Lease Terms

Rental Term: 1-month minimum stay. Winter rental available from November 2 through April 1.

Monthly Rent: $4,750/month.

Utilities: Utilities are included up to a $700/month allowance. Any utility costs exceeding $700 in a given month will be the tenant's responsibility.

Trash Service: A $50/month minimum trash service fee applies. Additional charges may apply if the trash company charges more due to increased usage during the rental.

Security Deposit: $1,000 security deposit due prior to move-in. The deposit will be handled in accordance with the terms of the lease and applicable law.

Dogs: Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome. When left unattended in the home, dogs must be kept in a crate. Any pet-related damage or additional cleaning costs will be the tenant's responsibility.

We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment.
