There is plenty of privacy, parking, and space to relax. The variety of amenities and inviting decor will make your stay enjoyable. Well behaved pets are welcome!

All utilities included (heat, water, electricity, internet, trash removal, plowing, etc.).

Tenant is responsible for shoveling their own walkway and patio; shovels and sand/salt are provided.

Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom (streaming subscriptions not included).

Owner's dog is VERY friendly, usually off-leash, and lives on the property. Tenants must clean up after their pets. Thank you!

Lease start date as early as November 17th and ending May 15th or later, we are flexible for the right fit!
