This is a large upstairs 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located in the north end of Burlington. Very large recently updated kitchen, large living room and a screened in second floor porch right of the kitchen. 3 off street parking spaces in the rear lot of the building. A short commute to UVM or Champlain College. A short walk to the Church St Market Place and to the Burlington Water Front!
Tenants are responsible for gas, electric and internet/cable. Landlord pays for water, trash, lawn care and plowing. Pet friendly! Pet will be considered on a case by case basis. Looking for a 1 year lease starting June 1st 2026! In person showing are available once the application is turned in!

    "Being the oldest and most diverse neighborhood in Burlington, the Old North End lends a unique charm and character to the city. The Queen City would be sorely lacking without this neighborhood. It can be loud and some of the buildings can use some TLC, but those are the most minor of qualms and should be expected in any city neighborhood. McMansionville this is not, thank goodness. "

There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "

    "It’s a family friendly neighborhood close to everything! It’s unique in that there are 3 bike paths including trails that lead to lake Champlain which is only about 5 to 10 minute walk! Take another short walk to Ethan Allen park or cross country ski there in the winter including a wooden bridge that leads to Ethan Allen homestead. Enjoy craft beers at the simple roots brewery which is literally a 5 min walk. "
