This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is fully furnished and all utilities/services (electricity*, water, trash, internet, pest control, landscaping) are covered by the owner. A one-time $300 cleaning fee will be applied. Cleaning supplies are provided to keep the home clean during your stay; if you would like to have a cleaning service during your stay, we can help coordinate a third-party service for you.

We welcome up to two pets with a pet fee of $250 to cover additional cleaning necessary to maintain our home. Any additional damage above normal wear & tear (i.e., carpet stains, furniture damage) will need to be covered by tenants/guests.
Please note, while the backyard is fully fenced, the home is located in a natural environment that includes wildlife such as coyotes. It is advised that all pets are supervised outdoors and brought inside overnight.

You will have access to the entire home, front yard, and ample backyard within the fenced area. The garage is available for parking and/or additional storage needs and is also where the washer/dryer is located. On-property parking is reserved for you in the driveway. There is not much traffic on the street and on-street parking next to the home is available.

Minimum rental lease is one month (30 days) and longer-term leases can be discussed. A $2,000 refundable deposit is required.
