Highly secure building with lock codes to enter building, cameras, and mail inside the main
entrance. Two centrally located elevators. The Talbach House boasts 2 fitness areas, 1 yoga
area with mats, small weights, exercise balls, and kettle bells on the 3rd floor, just down the hall.
The other main gym includes plenty of exercise equipment, weights, treadmills, stationary bikes,
and elliptical machines. Your own covered and well lit parking space with 6 foot by 4 foot
locked storage space. Never have to scrape snow off your car and a place to store your bike or
skis. Located in a quiet neighborhood in south Bozeman, with close proximity to MSU,
Bozeman Health, downtown, and ample shopping and restaurants. Across the street from a
very large park.
