This Avenues apartment is a basement unit within a 4-plex unit. One bedroom and one bath. Recently updated. No smoking. Please do not disturb tenants.

Number of restaurants in the neighborhood, a homemade ice cream/chocolate shop one block away, a restaurant/brewpub is next door to the chocolate shop. Tibetan Restaurant 2 blocks down the street. Multiple coffee shops, a bagel shop, and an Indian restaurant are also within a 5-minute walk. Public library is four blocks away. City Creek canyon and Bonneville Shoreline Trail are ten minutes on foot or five on bike. City tennis courts are located two blocks. Playground/school for children is located three blocks south on E Street. This is just a sampling of how walkable this neighborhood is. Five minutes on foot and you can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, go grocery shopping, see your doctor, or access an amazing trail network. Bus stop in front of Smiths will take you to the University of Utah or Downtown.

Rent is $1150/mo. but we will provide a $50/mo. credit if tenant cleans the laundry room space/hallway bringing rent to $1100/mo.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, internet, trash, and water. (Gas, water, and trash will be a separate monthly charge of $75.00 added onto the monthly rent, charged by landlord)

    "I gave up on driving my car because it’s more of a hassle to find parking than it is to walk. I live on 1st Avenue and A street. There is no room for tenants park their cars even on the streets. I’m constantly getting tickets because my house is in the area 5 parking. "
