OHCC is San Diego counties finest active 55+ community. I spared no expense in remodeling this home in 2023 for your comfort. Completely new kitchen, baths, HVAC, furniture and doors/windows. High end 100% cotton bedding with heated mattress pads. With nearly 100+ clubs and groups you're unlikely to get bored. And, all of that with the finest weather in America (my opinion). I also live in the community. I will lease as far as 18 months in advance for leases of 4+ months. I will not lease unfurnished.
