"As long as they pick up after their pets its fine. The thing they wouldn’t like is the canyon behind the houses is full of coyotes."

"We have neighborhood barbecues, lots of kids playing outside. Private streets and gated neighborhood make it a great place for kids to play. Very quiet at night. Adjacent to great walking and biking trails in Calavera preserve. "

"On a hilltop just 3.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, at the north end of San Diego County, lies a unique community that offers the very best in active adult living. There's no other 55+ community quite like it. Our 1632 homes line quiet, lushly landscaped streets. Nestled on 350 stunning acres, it glows with the charm of a Mediterranean village - white stucco exteriors and red tile roofs sparkling under San Diego's legendarily sunny skies. "
