About this House

This well-maintained condo in Power Ranch is 1328 square feet with three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a spacious kitchen, a full-sized in-unit laundry closet, a two car garage with upgraded epoxy flooring, and a gated front patio. The ground floor and bathrooms all have 20 inch tile, and the remainder of the house has cushy carpet flooring. The large windows throughout the home provide tons of pleasant natural lighting, and have matching window coverings. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony and the master bath has a raised double-sink vanity. This property was a new build in 2014 and is in excellent condition with stainless steel kitchen appliances and clean laundry appliances. The full gourmet kitchen is one of my favorite aspects of this home along with its raised bar with drop lighting for entertaining. It is my personal philosophy to keep the home and appliances up-to-date and in good condition.

A few standard terms I operate on include the following: Owner pays HOA dues (included in listed rental price); Tenant pays utilities and $800 refundable deposit. The rent amount shown here is inclusive of HOA-provided pest control services, landscaping services, exterior building maintenance, and all Power Ranch and Knolls Neighborhood amenities, which includes access to three additional pools and hot tubs exclusive to Knolls residents; these are great perks!
