Green line 11 min walk away, lake shore 9 min commute, and University of Chicago campus just 11 minute commute. Walking distance from a variety of restaurants and stores.

Apartment will be professionally cleaned before move-in. No personal parking available but plenty of street parking available.

Minimum Requirements
- Average credit score of 625+ between all applicants
- 2+ years of rental history
- No excessive late payments on rent or credit report
- Net income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent. Net income is after any taxes, child support, 401k withdrawals are taken from your income and overtime will be removed from the calculation.
- No previous evictions or current filed eviction
- No collections in the past 2 years
- Self employed applicants will require past two years of tax returns

Owner pays for garbage and water.

Tenants pay for electrical and gas.

Looking to rent for 15 month lease if possible.

One time non-refundable move in fee of $650.00

    "Bud Biliken Parade, the car and boat shows are the only community event I’m aware of. Unfortunately more needs to happen in this area. I’m happy to finally see a decent grocery’s store such as Mariano’s. I heard a Pete’s grocery store is coming soon so I’m hopeful that some of these anchor stores will be an attraction for more retail businesses in the community. We shouldn’t have to depend on events at McCormick place."
