- Yard must remain clean. No food, trash, cigarettes buds, weed buds, or pet feces.
- Parking is available on the street. You may park in the driveway for a small fee of $10 a month.
- No oils in the sink.
- No Pampers, Tampons, Ear-cleaners, Face pads can be flushed down the toilet.
- You may not paint walls at anytime. If walls become damaged, please notify landlord as soon as possible.
- BBQ pit is promitted but must be cleaned after every use.
