About this House

Upstairs unit Close to campus (about a 10-minute walk) and grocery stores. Also, near a bus line. There is laundry on-site. This is a quiet building on a nice street. We do have a parking lot, but parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and can be tight. You can purchase a permit to park on the street. A cat allowed with a $50 per month pet rent. We are very involved managers.

The owner pays for water, sewer, and trash. Tenant responsible for electricity and the internet. NO PETS or smoking. Must have rental and employment history or a co-signer. This unit is upstairs, and the apartment is located in a quiet building. One year lease. Parking lot is available but the lot can get tight. First come first serve. Security deposit due upon signing the lease.

We also have a vibrant community full of fabulous eateries and gorgeous wineries as well as an open and accepting view toward all walks of life. "
