Upstairs, 1 bed, 1 bath. We are close to campus (about a 10-minute walk) and grocery stores. Also, near a bus line. Each apartment has one free parking space, but parking is tight, so you may need to purchase a permit to park on the street. There is laundry on-site. This is a quiet building on a nice street. We are very involved managers. Showings will begin in late June.

The owner pays for water, sewer, and garbage. The tenant is responsible for electricity and the Internet. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. The deposit is refundable upon move out if the apartment is clean and there aren't any damages.

We also have a vibrant community full of fabulous eateries and gorgeous wineries as well as an open and accepting view toward all walks of life. "
