Hello! We are the owners of this house, and we've been living here for the past six years. Our two children have recently gone off to college one is studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, and the other is pursuing fashion design in Paris, France so we've decided to rent out the house. Our kids attended high school and middle school here in Irvine, where the local schools are excellent and the environment is very safe. The location is extremely convenient there's a plaza right across the street, and everything you need is within a 10-minute walk. We've taken great care of this home over the years, and we hope the future tenant will treat it with the same care. You're very welcome to come visit the house. Thank you!
