Tenants must maintain/clean seasonal entry and exit areas for safety and cleanliness. Requirement: Our professional cleaning staff is required to clean this top-of-the-line unit every month at the renter's expense of $150, with optional weekly or monthly housekeeping available at an additional cost. Background, credit and criminal checks are mandatory on all adults on the lease, along with 1 year bank statements, paystubs, renter's insurance and add owner as additional insured before move in. I’m happy to finally see a decent grocery’s store such as Mariano’s. I heard a Pete’s grocery store is coming soon so I’m hopeful that some of these anchor stores will be an attraction for more retail businesses in the community. We shouldn’t have to depend on events at McCormick place."
