4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school showed me as a student, the black hole of the public education system. Half the teachers are unable to help the students in understanding the topic. The teachers can be easily replaced with textbooks because they literally just copy and paste the textbook on the board. But I'm not putting full blame on the teachers, I have never seen such lazy students and the cheating that goes around is very shocking. The school may look good from a far but in detail, the school is a mess. There is a classroom that's missing a ceiling tile. The school gym looks like it's only been cleaned once in the 80s. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI worked as a substitute teacher at this school for a very short time. I am a female Asian American. One teacher told me as I left my parked car in the teachers parking lot, “only teachers can park here.” Then she said, pointing to my jeans, “you cant wear jeans.”After that day I was never called back to substitute there I am guessing because of that teacher.If i were a white male or female, I wonder if I would have been excommunicated from that school?Other Review6mo ago - Cr Smith Early Child Center

"peaceful and quiet. feels safe. parks are nearby as are highways good Korean food and culture. "

"Palisades Park has too many duplexes that all look the same. It’s become far too crowded and expensive to live here. The main streets are too packed with traffic. And traffic lights are needed on Grand Ave. which won’t be assessed by the town municipal. Very dangerous to cross the street during rush hour. Not a friendly place for pedestrians."

"Ive lived here for the past 5 years, super quiet. Next to no crime, only car accidents due to town connected to highway and a lot of blind spots. Other than that town is very peaceful, Ive had no issues."

"do not choose to live on the side of pal Park closest to farview/North Bergen. a lot of solicitors outside the buildings and parking lots here "

"The express bus to the city is available on the main road of the city with stops at every two blocks. Waves of two buses every 10minutes or so in the morning. Takes about 1hr from Broad Ave to Port Authority on a normal day"
