If smoking occurs inside, you may be charged for odor removal, deep cleaning, and repainting if needed.

** Parking & Vehicles

Parking:

Park in the Garage, Driveway, or Community parking areas.

Street parking is allowed where permitted by city rules.

Do not block driveways, fire lanes, or other residents' parking spaces.

No major vehicle repairs may be performed on the property.

** Trash & Recycling:

Place household trash into bags and then into the appropriate bins.

Transfer trash to the enclosed/trash area before Thursday each week by noon (or on the scheduled pickup day).
