Description

New appliances in the kitchen. Full size laundry room connected to mud room which leads out to a covered all wood two tier deck with two sides having railings with tops large enough to display plants or serve drinks. Deck has one side with custom lower cabinets out of wood and enclosed area for fridge. The counter tops on top of the cabinets have a fully functioning sink with beautiful, stained polyurethane coating to protect countertops. Beautiful to see. Deck has two oscillating fans on either side of 900sqft deck. Which leads out to a lush green back yard that is in shade by 1pm daily. Four large shade trees and on back block fence wall (all around property) has beautiful flowering vines for privacy. There is a 15×20 ft fully insulated outside storage room with large barn door and vaulted roof line. It is fully electrified with several outlets indoor and out. Asphalt roof and a front deck which is 5 ft deep made of wood which runs the length of the storage room, as well as a tin roof to cover the deck on the storage room. Large round fire pit in front of storage room.
There is also an 8×12 shed for lawn mower and other tools that is entirely out of wood with a corrugated tin roof. There is a patio made of concrete stones made to look like slate that surrounds both storage rooms and fire pit area for entertaining. Sprinkler system front and back yard for the lovely gardens on the property which has many specialty plants.
The front yard is one of the best-looking properties on the whole block. It has two nice sized shade trees and beautiful small area of grass with rock surrounding lovely flowering plants as well as two large concrete planter pots one is like a urn and the other is a wide low bowl both are planted with beautiful flowering plants Two car driveway has a third driveway for the large RV gate leading to large RV parking spot with the road and parking spot are done with pink lava rock.
Wood deck has surround curtains for privacy hung with invisible (to the eye) cables. as well as mister system on deck. 9volt electrical system in back gives evenings a special glow with up lighting into trees and carriage lights around a black wrought iron 2 1/2 high decorator garden fence lit with these carriage lights. The lawn is clover which is always green and uses half the water and only needs to be mowed once a month at best. The special thing out back is a 13 ft high windmill in wonderful working order. Beautiful to see.
