Unit available is a 2nd floor that faces the back of the complex, very private and quiet, security deposit is the same as the rent $1350.00.

Extremely sharp! 1000 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with sliders to a private deck, kitchen has eating area, separate dining room off the kitchen. The unit has central air, blinds at all windows, and coin operated laundry facilities.
