I have several rooms for rent In East and North Central Mesa. I have 11 properties in this area and typically have a few rooms available.

Rent depends on the size of the room. The range is between $495 to $660 a month.

A couple of people can share a room, but it is an additional $200 in rent and the room has to legally be 10x10 or bigger.

-MONTH TO MONTH: With a minimum stay of TWO months.

**REQUIREMENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS**
-No Smoking or Vaping in the house or on the property
-Drug-free
-No pets (fish, reptiles ok depending on size)
-No Drama
-Must Be Clean
-Income needs to be two times the rent rate

-REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: $600

-Landlord takes care of the Air Filters and provides cleaning supplies.

-Tenants take turns cleaning the common area and their assigned bathroom.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
