Nice home for 1 mature adult or married couple. Non smoker preferred. Absolutely NO PETS. 2 minutes from East Main St (Hwy 29) and 5 minutes from Walmart at Hillcrest, for shopping and dining. Located in School District 3. Appliances provided (Refridge and stove) and washer and dryer hookups. Corner lot and Private Drive. $850 monthly rent and $850 deposit due when moving in. Power(Duke Power)and Water (Spartanburg water System)are renter's responsibility. Central Heating and air uses propane gas for heat and is renter's responsibility.

Owner responsible for power, water, and gas. Non smoker preferred .
Absolutely No Pets. First month's rent and deposit due upon moving in. No other tenants allowed but those listed on lease.
