Open floor plan living/dining area/kitchen leads through sliding glass doors to a completely fenced in private lush tropical backyard paradise with outdoor dining area and spacious 7-person hot tub. Grill & dine al fresco on the backyard patio or enjoy the screened-in lanai living area perfect for reading & lounging.

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steal appliances, quartz countertops, drip coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans, & kitchen essentials.

The Living Room/Dining Area houses a lux leather sofa to fit the whole family & 65-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TV and a large farm table for 6+ guests to enjoy a meal or game night.

All bedrooms have 50-inch 4K UHD Smart Roku TVs, plush queen sized beds in guest rooms, a king sized bed in primary bedroom, and plenty of closet space. The Primary Bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Guest Bathroom has a bath tub great for guests of all ages.
