Description

available now. This is main part of a single family house. duplex style, it has AC and washer and dryer. it is not very big. it has a small backyard and big sideyard. 4x7 storage in the back.
curb side parking. self manage to park in the back is ok.

please be aware of the noise from train honking at night time. and be aware the noise from Central Ave before considering this unit.

must allow landlord to remove weeds by physical way( pulling out from the garden fabrics under the rocks) and /or 30% vinegar and salt water spray on sidewalks when the weeds grow too much.( please do not use round-up)

the only wall shared by both units is the living room of oneside and the living room and kitchen of the other side.

outlet for EV charging in the back available. ( currently using garden bricks to help get on the curb side.)

all electric appliances( AC, heater , washer, dryer, stove) except gas water heater.

street noise and sometimes train driver warning honk noise expected.

quarterly pest control outdoors or/and indoors spray scheduled every 3 months.

share one water service and meter with the other small unit.

available after 5/8. this is a duplex style of single family house.

Tenants pay pg&E, garbage collection, fridge filter.
removing weeds in the backyard.

landlord pay pest control and water and ac and furnace filters.

renters insurance required

lease needs to renew every year.

Rent due on first day of each month. 6% of rent penalty will be applied after 5 day grace period.

house is all electric except water heater which is run on gas.

set up pg&e account online and set to electric house.

note: !! the winter pg&e bill might go up since it is electric. pg&e average is $250 per month.

parking is manageable to park in the back. but officially this unit only park by the curb on the street.

no pets allowed at this moment. since this house had some pest problem before.

no smoking.

    "This are has great school (10/10, elementary school), walking distance to shopping, restaurants, public transport (bus) is convenient, Bart is walking distance, Hospitals are walking distance too. Fremont Hub, the shopping mall is walking distance. It is very clean close to local sports stadium, park with kids area and tennis etc is 3 blocks. Restaurant are within 3-5 blocks. Freeway 880 is 1.5 mile and 680 is 2 mile. Getting to peninsula (Palo Alto) is a breeze as the dumbarton bridge is very convenient too. "
