please be aware of the noise from train honking at night time. and be aware the noise from Central Ave before considering this unit.
must allow landlord to remove weeds by physical way( pulling out from the garden fabrics under the rocks) and /or 30% vinegar and salt water spray on sidewalks when the weeds grow too much.( please do not use round-up)
the only wall shared by both units is the living room of oneside and the living room and kitchen of the other side.
outlet for EV charging in the back available. ( currently using garden bricks to help get on the curb side.)
