3 bedroom, 2 bath A-frame, the interior of which is white washed planking on the walls that makes for a very bright interior. The house is as neat as a pin inside. Above the upper level bedroom there is a loft area that will serve as sleeping quarters and will accommodate twin beds and furnishings to complement the bedding. The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace that provides good heat, and there is a propane supplied monitor heater the combination of the fireplace and heater will adequately heat the house. There are three streams that are either on the property or run through/by the property. One of those streams is strong and is year round. One is spring fed and provides a small stream of water that comes from above the property, and the third is a seasonal stream reliant on rainfall. There is a boulder field above and around the house making this a great mountain setting. The owner has a small landscape business and has used that to provide a beautifully landscaped area to grant this home a lovely curb appeal.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
