This is a treasure find! We have tenants who are moving out of town, and are looking for our next renters who are looking to enjoy living in close proximity to downtown Raleigh and other parts of the Triangle, but want a yard and privacy in their home.

Are you interested in an updated duplex within 15 minutes of downtown Raleigh? This house boasts three large bedrooms, two of which have their own full ensuite bathrooms. The third full bathroom is conveniently located next to the third bedroom, ensuring all occupants have their own sink and shower when needed. In addition to three bedrooms and a large vaulted ceiling living and dining area, this house also has a versatile loft space that can be used as a study, second common area, or whatever you envision! This house includes an updated back deck with ample privacy, a fully fenced in back yard (we love animals!), and a recently inspected wood burning fireplace. Kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer are updated. There is also a large, walk in storage area under the home and an attic area ideal for additional storage.

We are NOT an unresponsive rental management property - we are a father-daughter duo who care about our tenants and take pride in making sure you enjoy this property to the fullest. This property would be great for undergraduate students, graduate students, or other roommates who want great common spaces but their own private bedroom and bathroom. We are happy to provide honest reviews from previous tenants!

Owner can do landscaping for an extra monthly fee. Tenant is required to sign a 12 month lease. Security deposit ($1900) is due at signing of the lease. First months rent is due before the start of the lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, which is Electric and Water. The property is already setup for google fiber. Renters Insurance is required, see lease for specifics. Pets will be based on case by case bases.

Application will require a completed application form (available by request), a background check, a credit check, and proof of income for the last two years for all tenants. Adult occupants who will not be a tenant on the lease will only be required to complete a background check.

If the tenant decides to renew their lease for another 12 months, we guarantee that we will not increase the monthly rental amount year to year.
