Scrapeoffs are starting to occur on the East side of Dahlia and are driving home prices up - don't wait this area will not be getting less expensive anytime soon. Lack of a park of any kind on the East side of Dahlia is a negative but very attractive area with mature trees and landscaping, decent sized lots, etc."
