Welcome to our newly remodeled home! Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and relax in our spacious family living room, complete with a 55" TV, AC, and heater. Instant book today for a hassle-free experience!

Our home features a private bedroom with a comfortable king size bed that can sleep up to 3 people, and a second queen size airbed that can be set up in the room, accommodating up to 2 more guests. The room is equipped with a 50" TV, and for your comfort, we provide clean sheets and towels, shampoo, toothpaste, hand soap, and body soap.

Your bedroom has a sliding glass door to the backyard, check out the house layout for your room highlighted blue. There is an electric fireplace in the room just as in the living room too.

The attached private bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and a toilet in its own privacy. The 2nd shared bathroom has sink, bathtub/shower, and toilet. Softened water flows throughout the house, ensuring a luxurious and refreshing experience.

Please note that the laundry facilities are available as paid services. Simply request to use the washer and dryer from the host.

We welcome children under the age of 12 years with prior approval. Please note that other guests may be occupying other rooms.

Welcome to our lovely accommodation! We kindly ask that only guests who have booked the accommodation are allowed to enter the house. However, if you wish to have additional guests to visit or stay, please seek the host's approval, which may incur an extra fee.

To ensure privacy and security, each room is equipped with a keyed lock. You have access to the private room stated in Check-in instructions and the shared living room, shared kitchen, shared bathroom, and shared backyard and patio furniture. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the backyard and patio furniture. BBQ is gas and available to guests for a $5 fee for your stay less than 14 days. You can also take advantage of our wireless internet access, 400+Mbps, for streaming movies and TV shows or movies on Netflix. For added convenience, we provide a personalized key code to the front door, that you can also use your phone to unlock.

To make your stay comfortable, we take care of the heating and air conditioning. Just let us know your preferred sleeping temperatures prior to quiet hours, and we will adjust the temperature accordingly. Additionally, electric fireplaces are available in the living room and master bedroom to keep you warm during chilly nights.

If you require a late checkout, you may do so at 12:30 PM for a pre-authorized fee of $50. To take advantage of this, kindly notify us by 8 PM the day before your scheduled checkout. A last-minute late checkout fee of $100 applies if requested on the day of checkout.

For those arriving early, we provide luggage drop-off before 3 PM with our approval. If you need an early check-in, we can arrange it for a fee of $50, subject to availability.

Please note that guests do not have access to any locked rooms or the garage. We hope you have a wonderful stay and make unforgettable memories!

Check with us to register children. We have games, toys, and other kids' amenities, but some hazards in and outside the house that need adult supervision at all times, including but not limited to fireplaces, cleaning supplies, removable outlet guards, fire pit, etc.

LATE CHECK-IN is the Guest's responsibility. The host may not be available after 10pm for service.
We offer a flexible self-check-in process after 3pm on your check in day. It is your responsibility to update the host with your estimated arrival time and inquire about the check-in process after 10pm. The host is not required to be available as a 24-hour concierge. We will not award a full refund for guest's failure to follow instructions.

We have and always will be vigilant with our cleanings to make sure all surfaces are sanitized. We always provide sanitizing wipes at every one of our listings to prevent the passing of all viruses and bacteria.

The cleaning fee covers bedding changes, sanitizing commonly touched surfaces, and minimal cleaning to restore the listing to its description.

4. DON'T DAMAGE ANYTHING. NOTIFY hosts of accidents IMMEDIATELY NOTE: GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE IF ANY DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT IS NEEDED AFTER THE USE OF A GUEST (This includes white towels and sheets that are stained) Make-up towels and removal wipes are available. Used makeup towels will be charged at $2/towel for use.

5. NO BICYCLES or outside vehicles in the house

6. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on the premises, this includes tampering or illegal use of the internet and any other State mandated laws or guidelines

7. DO NOT have any MAIL sent to the house. There is a Post Office nearby that you can set a PO Box up to receive mail

Fees for violating house rules:
Extra guests not booked - $75/extra guest/day (fee applies to any guest not approved with host prior to given access to the house).

Non-approved pet - $100/animal not approved by host plus additional cleaning costs. Any attempt to cover up an accident, the guest will be responsible for replacement of area damaged, including but not limited to carpet or furniture.

Smoking or strong scents in house - $200/room affected.

Checkout exceeding Late check out time of 12:00PM with or without approval will incur a late fee of $200 in addition to prior late fees. Late checkout service fee must be paid to extend checkout past listing stated checkout time.

Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement of items.

A party or event planned or carried out at the listing where the capacity of the listing is exceeded will result in immediate removal of all people including guest, no refund to guest, and a fee of $1000

Extra cleaning will be charged a minimum fee of $60 up to a quoted price from a professional service.

There is a camera out front facing the street that records motion, for use in verifying guests checking in. There is another camera in backyard facing the public park that also records motion. The guest booking must be the person checking in to the house.
