Description

This is a Private unfurnished room with twin bed lamp included. All utilities included and wifi. Shared bathroom and kitchen! Located in a nice quiet and peaceful community park! Lots of amenities, like playground, basketball court, swimming pool, gym!
Kitchen has lots of appliances, stove, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, toaster oven, coffee machine. All shared with other roommates. Must respect and keep everything clean! Washer and dryer in home hook up, laundry pods and dryer sheets are furnished by owner. Kitchen dish soap also provided! Bathroom toiletries etc is each roommates responsibility. Home has been recently upgraded!

House Rules and Lease Information:
Rent is due on the 1st of each month without exception. A $35 late fee will be applied to any payments made after this date.
Key replacements incur a $225 fee please keep your key safe.
No smoking or drinking allowed indoors.
No loud music or parties are permitted at any time. Please be respectful and courteous to all roommates.
Clean up after yourself daily to maintain a tidy and shared living environment.
Parking is available in front of the house and is first come, first serve for visitors.
Lease Options:
Month-to-month, Temporary (a few months), or Yearly lease

    "This neighborhood was built on 2017 so pretty much one owner houses, quiet, lovely & clean, you don’t see a lot of people walking on the streets, your exercising walking their dogs pick up their mail and people delivering packages. Nothing else not too many kids playing on the street"
