Located on a non-thru street, so very little traffic in front of house, Solar panels on roof; cost of solar is paid by landlord, so electricity bill is low. A heater and A/C were installed recently. High end washer and dryer were installed in June of 2024. (Washer and dryer in picture have been replaced.) Please fill out a Zillow application to schedule a walk through. In consideration of the current tenants, Tours will not be offered unless an application is submitted.

Lease Details. No smoking. Only people listed on lease may live in premises. Rent is due on 1st of each month. Late fees are enforced. Renter is responsible for cleaning dog waste in yard and maintaining a good environment for a pet. Only pets listed on lease and pre-approved by landlord may live in the house. This is a nice neighborhood with families and responsible homeowners. Tenants must be respectful of their fellow neighbors.
