Admin isn’t helpful at all and doesn’t care about student or staff safety. Most of them are unable to communicate professionally. If you join later in the school year, good luck getting any help/support from them. You can ask them for support and they’ll give you nothing. Frequent fights and the students are just disrespectful, having no problem cussing you out, laying hands on you, and/or threatening you. (And admin will take months to transfer the student out if they threatened you too and try to transfer the student back into your class after they were removed because they laid hands on you).

Mrs. Good is a truly exceptional school principal who consistently demonstrates remarkable helpfulness, care, and a strong commitment to supporting both students and parents. Her dedication is evident through actions like taking the time to greet families early in the morning and provide guidance. This small gesture makes a significant impact, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment families arrive. Her actions consistently demonstrate strong leadership, building trust and strengthening relationships within the school community.
