This apartment is a beautiful second-floor corner-unit in the highly sought after Old Forge Crossing Community on the Main Line. Just two miles from the King of Prussia Mall, this condominium community is only minutes from Route 202, I-76 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, making any trip, including ones to Center City Philadelphia, a lot easier. As you walk up the stairs to the apartment, you are greeted by a very spacious living room with fireplace. Off to the side is a nice sized dining room and the kitchen, which comes equipped with a brand new gas stove (2020). Down the hallway, you will find the in-unit laundry room (new washer in 2019), which doubles as storage, the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is large, with two very nice sized closets. Beyond the sliding glass doors in the living room you will find a balcony/deck and storage area that houses the HVAC (Brand New AC Unit installed this summer). Old Forge Crossing has a community pool, two tennis courts on the grounds and a private entrance to The Chester Valley Trail. Included in the monthly rent is dryer electric, cooking gas, water, hot water gas, snow removal and grounds maintenance. Tennant is responsible for electric and gas for heat. No Dogs allowed, but Cats are considered.
