Right in Lionshead, all of the shops and restaurants are just a short walk away.The condo features a bedroom with a king and en suite bathroom; second bedroom has 2 twin beds; as does the third bedroom. Perfect for a family with children in ski school. New furniture throughout the unit. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook the family dinner. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $250 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).

    "Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
