The house is also ideally located to bases, interstate 64 , schools, parks, beaches, popular stores and restaurants. Busch Gardens /WaterCountry USA and VA Beach boardwalk are only 35-40 minutes away. Approximate distances to nearby military bases.

Amenities include central gas heat, gas hot water and central air conditioning and many ceiling fans throughout. The house is close to nearby schools. Trash is picked up by the city of Hampton.

Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted but no exotic pets are permitted. The pet deposit is fully refundable.

Military transfer clause is provided in the lease. The house is listed as available on 13 January - but it may be available as early as late December.

I use the rentredi app for applications, deposits, the lease and rent and require each adult who will reside at the house to apply.

Renters insurance required (which is typically inexpensive) with proof being provided at time of pre qualification/application.

Military transfer clause for active duty military.

Minimum 1 year lease that can go month to month after 1 year.

All utilities (gas, Newport News Waterworks, electric, HRSD) paid by tenant.

Security deposit due within 2-3 days of lease signing. The signed lease and security deposit "reserves" or "secures" the house.
