Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted but no exotic pets are permitted. Dogs are permitted provided the dog is a breed that is not typically considered to be a dangerous breed. The pet deposit is fully refundable.
The schools are booker for elementary; syms for middle school; and Kecoughtan for high school.
Military transfer clause for active duty military.
1 year lease that can go month to month after 1 year.
All utilities (gas, Newport News Waterworks, electric, HRSD) paid by tenant.
Security deposit due within 2 days of lease signing. The signed lease and security deposit "reserves" or "secures" the house.
Tenant is responsible for utilities - gas, electric, water, HRSD which is typical. The stackable/washer dryer must stay because the house does not allow for any other option so I provide these appliances at no extra charge.
