"There are several playgrounds in the area that are perfect for young children. Brooklyn Bridge Park is very close and offers greenery, a little sand beach for water exploration and several other playgrounds. "

"Dogs and babies always welcome. The heights has a very community feel and many people live here their whole lives. The public schools are top notch and the best private schools in Brooklyn are here as well. "

"Store owners know you by name, safe for kids to walk around by themselves when they are old enough, close to everything, the Broklyn bridge park is the most beautiful park in the city. "

"I have not seen many easily accessible dog parks, for the most part they are on the edges of the neighborhood. Otherwise nice wide sidewalks and easy access to running paths. "
