Condo has shared sitting room and dining area (fully furnished), kitchen and tandem garage (one car can be parked with parking permit on the street), balcony/patio facing the park. Master bedroom currently occupied by my niece ~30 years old professional.
The kitchen features ample cabinetry, refrigerator / cooking range / Microwave / washer / dryer & centrally heated. No Pet/ No Smoke / No Subleasing. The community amenities include a refreshing swimming pool and maintained communal areas.
Water / Sewer and trash removal will be included. Tenant would need to pay for electricity & gas ~$100 (shared equally by both residents) & internet.

One year lease. Non refundable application fees $25.
