Other features include high ceilings, plantation shutters throughout the house, storage shed, 3 car garage, and new covered patio with ceiling fan in the backyard.

Lease Terms:

Lease term: 12 month term.
Utilities included: Trash Service.
Pet policy: One pet maximum under 25 lbs with monthly pet rent (age and breed restrictions apply).
$10 monthly preventative maintenance fee.
Renter's Insurance Required.
No cosigners accepted.
Available: Early June 2021.

We do not accept back-up holding deposits. Holding deposits will be applied toward move-in funds upon applicant approval.
