The renovations continue throughout the bathroom where you'll see stone tile flooring, large vanity with plenty of storage, and a full-sized bathtub/shower with an incredible tile surround that extends all the way to the ceiling! This bathroom truly feels like having a spa inside your own home. In addition to all of the great features throughout the condo, there is also additional storage in the basement and free parking on a first-come first-serve basis!

Gas, water, and trash are all included in rent! Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/internet in addition to rent. Tenants are also responsible for $100.00 move-in fee due to condo association. Sorry, no pets permitted.
